 Who is eligible to enroll?

Students turning three on or before October 1, 2024, are eligible to begin preschool, and those with qualifying factors are eligible to receive 10 hours of funding. 
Students turning four on or before October 1, 2024, are eligible for UPK funding for half-day or 15 hours.

Campbell Early Learning Center start times for 24/25 school year:

Full-Day Classrooms:
8:15am - 2:45pm
8:30am - 3:00pm

Half-Day Classrooms:
AM: 8:00am - 11:00am
PM: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
